SENDING

Orders are shipped within 5 working days following their receipt. You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once the order has been shipped. Please wait one or two days for the tracking number to become active.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Once your package has left France, remember to check your tracking number on your national postal service website for details.

Delivery only in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Poland

DELAYS

- Estimated delivery time in France: 1-5 working days after shipping

- Estimated delivery time in Europe: 5 to 15 working days after shipping

DAMAGES & DELAYS 

Little Bubble Ghost is not responsible for losses or delays suffered by the shipping service.

Little Bubble Ghost cannot be held responsible for an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

If you provide an incomplete or incorrect address, reshipping costs will be your responsibility.

Upon receipt of the package, please check that the package is not damaged and that its contents are in order, in which case Little Bubble Ghost cannot be held liable.

RETURNS

The customer may exercise their right of withdrawal and product return within 14 working days following delivery.

Return of goods is at the customer's expense, risk, and peril (therefore it is advised to declare the value of the merchandise and to take out insurance covering these risks).

Note, personalized orders will neither be taken back nor exchanged!
