SHIPPING

Orders are shipped within 5 business days following their receipt. You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once the order has been shipped. Please wait one or two days for the tracking number to become active.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Once your package has left France, don’t forget to check your tracking number on your national postal website for details.

Delivery only in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Poland

DELAYS

- Estimated delivery time in France: 1-5 business days after shipping

- Estimated delivery time in Europe: 5 to 15 business days after shipping

DAMAGES & DELAYS 

Little Bubble Ghost is not responsible for losses or delays suffered by the shipping service.

Little Bubble Ghost cannot be held responsible for an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

If you provide an incomplete or incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be at your expense.

Upon receipt of the package, please check that the package is not damaged and that its contents are correct, in which case Little Bubble Ghost cannot be held responsible.

RETURNS

The customer may exercise their right of withdrawal and product return within 14 business days following delivery.

The return of goods is at the customer's expense, risk, and peril (it is therefore recommended to declare the value of the merchandise and to take out insurance covering these risks).
