Orders are shipped within 5 business days of receipt. You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once the order has been shipped. Please allow one or two days for the tracking number to become active.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Information as of 08/08/26: deliveries in Europe are currently paused due to PPWR regulations.

Once your package has left France, remember to check your tracking number on your national postal service's website for details.

DELIVERY TIMES

- Estimated delivery time in France: 1–5 business days after shipping

- Estimated delivery time in Europe: 5 to 15 business days after shipping

DAMAGE & DELAYS 

Little Bubble Ghost is not responsible for losses or delays incurred by the shipping service.

Little Bubble Ghost cannot be held responsible for a delivery address incorrectly provided by the customer.

If you provide an incomplete or incorrect address, reshipping costs will be at your expense.

Upon receiving the package, please check carefully that it is not damaged and that its contents conform to your order; otherwise, Little Bubble Ghost cannot be held responsible.

RETURNS

The customer may exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product within 14 business days following delivery.

The customer may exercise their right of withdrawal by making an unambiguous declaration by contacting customer service through the withdrawal form.

Goods must be returned at the customer's expense and risk (they are therefore advised to declare the value of the goods and take out insurance covering these risks).

Please note that personalized orders will neither be accepted for return nor exchanged!
